Five tips for link trading :
- Link trading pages on websites should be accessible from your homepage. They should easily to be found by any person who visits your site.
- The site should be theme related to the links. Linking towards the so called "link farms" should be avoid. This can be very harmful for your website.
- Try to avoid websites with any offensive, abusive (politically, religion, or any other) content.
- It is best to accept link trade pages with plain html so search engines can find and index them easily. Don't use scripts to prepare link trade pages from a database.
- Check your links on a regular base. If people don't link back, contact the webmaster involved or delete the link from your site, as outbound links will only cost your site without any beneficial aspect in return.
